The people behind the care.
A multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, NVQ-qualified carers and experienced support staff — with clear roles, named leadership, and a shared commitment to person-centred care.
The people responsible for the Home.
St Anselm's is led by a small senior team with clear responsibility for clinical care, resident wellbeing, staffing and governance. Families and professionals know who to speak to, and senior leaders remain closely involved in day-to-day life within the Home.

Multidisciplinary, by design.
Our team includes registered general nurses (RGNs), registered mental health nurses (RMNs), NVQ-qualified carers and experienced support staff. Most have been with us for years and know each resident by name.
St Anselm's has been a family-run nursing home since being converted from a hotel in 1987. The home is led day-to-day by our Registered Manager, supported by senior nursing staff and a hands-on clinical team.

Ongoing training, at the heart of how we work.
Ongoing training and professional development form an important part of life at St Anselm's. Our team regularly undertakes training across clinical care, mental health, dementia, safeguarding and resident wellbeing to help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and up-to-date support.
