St. Anselm’s Nursing Home offers 24 hour specialist nursing care for people in the 50+ age group, who experience difficulties with comprehension or maintaining aspects of their mental health.
This encompasses all types of dementia, personality disorders, schizophrenia and Bi-Polar disorder, Parkinson’s disease and Huntingdon’s disease. Emphasis is placed on high quality nursing and promoting independence and dignity to the individual.
Individual nursing assessments and care plans are formulated for each resident, wherein their unique needs are identified, enabling our staff to provide care and promote the best quality of life.
Care plans are reviewed regularly in response to residents changing needs and in liaison with relevant health and social care professionals.
